Safety Training

Northwest Equipment Sales offers safety training for Telehandler and aerial equipment. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that operators fully understand the procedures and practices of safe operation, as well as all workplace factors which may affect their safety and the safety of those around them. Instruction involves discussion about Responsibility, Safety, Operation and finishes with Hands-on training.

Training can be accomplished at our facility or yours.

Safety is a serious business It cannot be overstated that the safe operation of a Telehandler or Aerial Lift on any worksite can save the life of the operator as well as those working around them. Therefore, the responsibilities are great for both the trainer and operator to ensure that the safe operation of a machine is always of paramount importance.

Aerial training also includes information regarding limitations and hazards to be aware of while operating this type of machine. (i.e tip-over, fall, collision, and electrocution hazards). Also, while operating a boom lift a safety harness/lanyard should always be worn.

Cost for classes varies depending on location and number of trainees.
